Today we are making a popular breakfast item all over China – You Tiao (油条), or we call it You Zha Gui (油炸鬼) in Cantonese. They are long, golden-brown deep-fried breadsticks also known as Chinese donut sticks. Believe it or not, I have been craving this breakfast ever since I left China.
